Imaging of cytoplasmic phase separation proteins
As shown in the figure, we utilized EGFP to label different cytoplasmic POIs and employed Hoechst staining to visualize the cell nucleus. The image results exhibited the protein distribution in the cytoplasm. Quantitative analysis of the results clearly revealed the behavioral differences of various proteins within the cell.
